• This membership card is strictly personal and non-transferable. It may only be used by the registered member whose details appear in our records. The card remains at all times the property of Grabdis reserves the right to request its return under any circumstances of misuse or policy violation.

• Membership validity is one year from the date of issue. Members must renew their membership before expiry to continue enjoying the benefits and privileges offered by Grabdis. Renewal terms, fees, and processes may be updated periodically.

• Members are required to quote their Membership ID and present their membership card (digital or physical) whenever claiming discounts, benefits, or services associated with the programme. Failure to present identification may result in denial of benefits.

• Members are entitled to discounts ranging from 10% to 30% on specific services provided directly by Grabdis. These may include hotel stays, resort packages, travel services, and Club-arranged trips. Discount availability is subject to date, season, partner involvement, and overall service availability.

• All booking requests for hotels, rooms, resorts, or travel itineraries must be submitted at least 7 working days prior to the intended date of use. Requests submitted after this period may not be guaranteed. For services offered directly through partnered vendors, members must contact those partners independently using the details provided by Grabdis.

• Grabdis discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions, special offers, partner discounts, vouchers, coupon codes, or loyalty/points programmes. Only one applicable offer may be used per transaction.

• Trip and package payments are separate from the subscription fee. Costs associated with Club-arranged trips, tours, or packages are payable per the pricing structure of each package. Refund, cancellation, and modification rules vary depending on the service and will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

• Members are responsible for paying any taxes, service charges, surcharges, or third-party fees that may be imposed by government bodies, service providers, or partner establishments. Discounts apply only to the base price unless otherwise specified.

• Face recognition verification is mandatory while paying bills within the app. This authentication measure is implemented to ensure member security, prevent fraudulent usage, and verify that the authorized member is the individual initiating the transaction.

• Discounts are applicable only when the member meets the minimum billing value required for each service or partner. Minimum bill value thresholds vary by merchant, service type, or promotional guideline and will be communicated in advance through the Club’s official channels.

• Any misuse of the membership card, false representation, or breach of these Terms & Conditions may lead to temporary suspension or permanent termination of membership without refund. The decision of Grabdis in such matters is final.

• Grabdis reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue membership benefits, terms, or conditions at any time. Such changes will be posted on the Club’s official website, mobile application, or verified communication channels. Continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
